He married Harriet Oliver at Platville, Grant Co., WI, on 1 April 1846.¹ He married Cynthia "Cinthy" Oliver at Tulare Co, CA, on 18 April 1883.¹ George died on 12 July 1891 Died of paralysis. at Stockton, San Joaquin Co., CA. When she moved to California she was with her two sisters Ann and Elizabeth. They took a trip across Panama and were "carried in a chair".² He lived in 1870 at Dent, San Joaquin Co., CA. He is a farmer. Tim Hall cites the 1870 census.²
