In te 1930 U.S. Census she says she was born in Germany as were her parents..1 She married Frank Wilde, son of William Ellery Wilde and Margaret (Mary Ann) Allerdice, on 2 September 1903 at West Allis, Waukesha Co., WI. They were married at the home of the bride's parents on Cotrill Avenue in West Allis. Charles Hoff was the best man and Hannah Knaak (sister of the bride) was bridesmaid. There was a wedding supprt after the ceremony and then the couple left for HArtland and North Lake. They were to reside at West Allis.1

Allerdice.1 Chester Allerdice Maple married Dorothy Elizabeth Stump, daughter of John Stump and Anna Weaver, on 17 May 1941 at Dayton, Montgomery Co., OH.1 Chester Allerdice Maple died on 24 April 1997 at Kettering, Montgomery Co., OH. His obituary in the Dayton Daily News, 25 April, 1997 said: "Maple, Chester A. Age 86 of Dayton, died Thursday, April 24, 1997. Chester was a Graduate of Georgia Tech University. Arym Air Corps Veteran of WWII, retired from WPAFB and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Dorothy E. Maple; daughters and son-in-law, Joanna and Larry Doelker of Middletow, OH and Karen and Bob Pechin of Orem, UT; and 11 grandchildren. Funderal servies will be hald at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church Chapel. 125 N. Wilkinson St., with Rev. John W. Neely officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends in the West PArlor at the Church from 9:30-11:00 A.M. prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 125 N. Wilkinson St., Dayton, OH 45402. Arrangements by Routsong Funeral Home."1

Born at Lying-in Hospital, parents from Ventura..1 He was the son of Alvin Richard Allerdice and Edna Lura Kincaid.1 Alvin Richard Allerdice married Verna Mae (Vera) Slason, daughter of Arthur Slason and Lela Lyda, on 15 November 1937 at Yuma, AZ.1 Alvin Richard Allerdice died on 11 August 1991 at Oceanside, San Diego Co., CA.1

29 Apr 1945 The Santa Barbara New-Press reported that Corp. Alvin R. Allerdyce was commended by Maj. Gen. Curtis E. LeMay, commanding the 21st Bomber Command for the part he played in attacks on Japan. Alvin was based at a B-29 base in the Marianas and a specialist with the ground echelons who supported the Superfort assaults against the Japanese mainland.
He was a member of the California Highway Patrol.
17 Apr 1947 the Oxnard Press Courier reported that Patrolman A. R. Allerdyce had picked up two soldiers on Highway 101 near Oxnard in a routine checkup after receipt of an all-point bulletin from Marin County to be on the look-out for two men in uniform who late Tuesday night in San Jose stole at the point of a gun, a 1940 Chrysler belonging to Carl Hagemen of Mill Valley, who had offered them a ride. The two soldiers, Robert O. Knapp and Lewis E. White were Army privates stationed at Camp Stoneham, California.
23 Jan 1951 the Oxnard Press Courier reported the farewell dinner given Friday evening at the Wagon Whell Restaurant for A. R. Allerdyce, who was retiring from the State Highway Patrol.1
