He married Catherine Van Buskirk in Coxsackie, Greene Co., NY. Catherine was born 13 Nov 1770 in Loonenburgh, NY. She was the daughter of Jacob (Ben) Van Buskirk. Catherine died 09 Dec 1845 in Preble, Cortland County, NY. He was baptized in Coxsackie, Greene Co., NY. He was baptized 30 Sep 1769 in Coxsackie, Greene Co., NY. Gerrett was a pioneer in Preble in 1805/6 when he bought land from James Cravath. He came to Preble with his sons Jacob and Gerret.

  • 88 v. Keturah Van Hoesen birth unknown. She married Benjamin (Ezra) Galusha. Benjamin was born 1799. He was the son of Benjamin Galusha and Mary Trowbridge. Benjamin died 1859.
