He married Anne Flavilla Froelick. He was from Frankfort-on-the-Main.

Matthias Oudt and Anne Flavilla Froelick had the following child:

  • 2 i. Eva2 Oudt was born 1778. Eva died 1866 in Preble, Cortland County, NY. She married Francis Van Hoesen 19 May 1798. He was the son of Gerret Van Hoesen and Elizabeth Van Hoesen. He was baptized 26 Jul 1777 in Athens, Greene County, NY. Francis died 17 May 1866 in Preble, Cortland County, NY.
