He married Mary Trowbridge.

Benjamin Galusha and Mary Trowbridge had the following child:

  • 2 i. Benjamin (Ezra)2 Galusha was born 1799. Benjamin died 1859. He married Keturah Van Hoesen. She was the daughter of Gerrett Van Hoesen and Catherine Van Buskirk.
