He married Thiamando Mavrogeorge Mytilene, Lesvos Greece, 1918.⁽²¹²⁾ Thiamando was born Mytilene, Lesvos Greece June 2, 1898.⁽²¹³⁾ Thiamando was the daughter of Aristidies Anastasio Mavrogeorge and Eleni Prokopios. Thiamando died before 1989 Piraeus, Hellas, Greece.

Michael Menexis and Thiamando Mavrogeorge had the following children:
