He married Rallou Kazazis November 18, 1918. Rallou was born November 22, 1897. The Social Security Death Index indicates the birth date was 22 December 1894. Rallou was the daughter of Georgios Paspalas and Theodora Ouranis.

Rallou died September 1978. Her body was interred 1973 Forest Hills.

George Fournaris and Rallou Kazazis had the following children:
