He married Elizabeth Brader. Elizabeth was born in England 14 Jan 1842. Elizabeth was the daughter of Isaac George Brader Sr and Joanna Burke. Elizabeth died 13 Jun 1898 in Jordan Township, Monona Co., Iowa. Her body was interred in Jordan Township, Monona Co., Iowa.
