He married Betsey Stanton 1798. Betsey was born Stonington, New London, CT 16 Feb 1776. Betsey was the daughter of Rev. Robert Stanton and Elizabeth Palmer. Betsey died 5 Dec 1857 Belchertown, Mass. Of Belchertown, Mass.

Calvin Bugbee and Betsey Stanton had the following children:

3 ii. Almira Bugbee. She married William Owen as a young woman. No issue. i0 Of Belchertown, Mass.

4 iii. Esther Bugbee. She married Calvin Kimball. He resided Springfield, Mass. (See Calvin Kimball for the continuation of this line.)

+ 5 iv. Elbridge Bugbee.

6 v. Eliza Bugbee. Never married.
