He married Anna Stanton 7 Jul 1808. Anna was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 10 Mar 1785. Anna was the daughter of Elisha Stanton and Anna Rust. Anna died 29 Jun 1869 Bryant Hill, Ellicottville, Ny. She resided Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma until 1821. She resided Cattaraugus Co., Ny after 1821.

Samuel Bryant and Anna Stanton had the following children:

2 i. Royal Tyler² Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 13 Oct 1818. Royal died 1821.

3 ii. Royal Tyler Bryant was born 29 May 1823. Royal died 19 Sep 1844.

4 iii. Anna Maria Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 9 Apr 1809. She married Alonzo Woodford.

5 iv. Ursula Manla Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 22 Apr 1810. She married Jared W. Vining.

6 v. Mary Ann Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 20 Feb 1812. She married Nathan Kingsley.

7 vi. Samuel Alexander Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 8 Mar 1814.

8 vii. Frances Aurelia Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 28 Feb 1816. Frances died 1821.

9 viii. Morris Niles Bryant was born Norwich Township, Hampshire Co., Ma 24 Aug 1820.

10 ix. Louisa Frances Bryant was born Cattaraugus Co., Ny 2 Mar 1825. Louisa died 27 Nov 1844. She married Samuel Cooley Williams 1843. Samuel was born Chesterfield, Ma 1818. Samuel was the son of Mark Williams and Polly Stanton. He resided Manchester, Chesterfield Co., Va 1891. (See Samuel Cooley Williams for the continuation of this line.) In the individual record of her husband, her name is given as Louisa Maria Bryant. In her own record her name is Louisa Frances Bryant.

11 x. Amanda Melvina Bryant was born Cattaraugus Co., Ny 19 Apr 1827. She married Albert S. French.

12 xi. Hiram Galusha Bryant was born Cattaraugus Co., Ny 27 Nov 1830. He married Electa M. Searle.
