5 iv. Elisha Stanton Williams was born Chesterfield, Ma 1809. He married Eliza Ann Kingsley. Eliza was born West Hampton, Ma May 1818. Eliza was the daughter of Hervey Kingsley and Orrill Stanton.
6 v. Aurelia Williams was born Chesterfield, Ma 1813. She married Ashley Vining.
7 vi. Martha Amelia Williams was born Chesterfield, Ma 1 Nov 1815. She married Edward A. Munsee.

9 viii. Mary Lee Williams was born Chesterfield, Ma 19 Aug 1821. Mary died 13 Aug 1887 Rochester, Ny. She married John S. Woodworth Franklinville, Ny, 1 Mar 1842. No issue. John was the son of Spencer Woodworth.
John died 9 May 1875 Rochester, Ny.

11 x. Franklin Ashley Williams was born Chesterfield, Ma 24 Jun 1827. He married H. W. Scarborough.
