He married twice. He married Martha Parke in Roxbury, Suffolk Co., Ma, 1660. Martha was born in Roxbury, Suffolk Co., Ma 2 Mar 1641/42. Martha was the daughter of William Parke and Martha Holgrave. Martha died 24 Oct 1674 in Newton, Middlesex Co., Ma. He married Judith Hunt Cooper 13 Nov 1677. Judith was born in Rehoboth, Bristol, Ma 21 Apr 1648. Judith died 7 Apr 1724 in Newton, Middlesex Co., Ma.
