Elizabeth Skinner Bliven was born in Willimantic, CT 28 May 1836.⁽²⁶²⁹⁾ Elizabeth died 24 Mar 1917 in Springfield, MA.⁽²⁶³⁰⁾ She married Christopher Briggs in Springfield, MA, 16 Jun 1866.⁽²⁶³¹⁾ Christopher was born in Smithfield, RI 1 Mar 1820.⁽²⁶³²⁾ Christopher died 9 Apr 1908 in Springfield, MA.⁽²⁶³³⁾ His body was interred in Springfield, MA, Oak Grove Cemetery.⁽²⁶³⁴⁾ (See Christopher Briggs for the continuation of this line.)

4 iii. Henry Middleton Bliven was born 23 Apr 1838. Henry died 16 Jan 1913.

5 iv. James Lawrence Bliven was born 22 Jul 1840. James died 5 Sep 1861.

7 vi. John Noyes Bliven was born 6 Jul 1828.

8 vii. Fanny Bliven was born 3 Apr 1833.
