Gordon Lawrence³ Briggs (Charles Lawrence², Christopher¹) was born in Winchester, MA 25 Mar 1907.⁽²⁷³⁰⁾ Gordon died 26 Nov 1979 in Marshfield, MA.⁽²⁷³¹⁾ His body was interred in Tewksbury, MA.⁽²⁷³²⁾ He was buried in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. His name was also put on the family stone in Oak Grove Cemetery in Springfield, Massachusetts.

He married Dorothy Rutherford Callender in Longmeadow, MA, 3 May 1941.⁽²⁷³³⁾ Dorothy was born in Springfield, MA 24 Apr 1920.⁽²⁷³⁴⁾ Dorothy was the daughter of Robert Stanley Callender and Mae Madeline Rutherford. Dorothy died 3 Mar 1988 in Falls Church, VA.⁽²⁷³⁵⁾

Gordon Lawrence Briggs and Dorothy Rutherford Callender had the following children:
