Lawrence died 13 Dec 1616 in Brighton, Northamptonshire, England.

He married Margaret Butler in Aston-le-walls, Northamptonshire, England, 3 Aug 1588. Margaret was born in Cuckfields, Sussex, England after 1568. Margaret was the daughter of William Butler and Margaret Greeke. Margaret died about 1652.
