Reuben died 4 October 1832 Coeymans, Albany Co., NY. William Stanton indicates that he died at Stanton Hill, Coeymans Township, Albany, Co., NY and also says it was at Westerlo, Albany Co., NY.
He married twice. He married Phebe Dorman. Phebe was born 25 Dec 1768. Phebe died 8 April 1852 Westerlo, Albany Co., Ny. He married Orpha Lapham 1770. Orpha was born 7 Jul 1775. Orpha died 31 Oct 1804 Westerlo, Albany Co., Ny.
He resided South Westerlo, Albany Co., Ny 2 October 1787. Reuben was a Baptist minister in Stonington, Conn. He took up a farm on the manorial land of the Rensselaer estate at South Westerlo, Albany Co., NY, Oct 2, 1787. He is said to have lived in Dutchess Co., when he first moved to New York. His final home in New York was at Stanton Hill, Coeymans Township, Albany Co. The post-office was probably Westerlo or South Westerlo.
