Rhoda died 9 May 1846 in Waymart, Wayne Co., PA. He married Desire Ainsley Apr 1847. Desire was born 11 Sep 1804. Desire was the daughter of Joseph Ainsley and Polly ??. Desire died Jan 1862 in Waymart, Wayne Co., PA. He married Lydia Pascoe 10 May 1865. Asa lived on the farm of his father near Waymart, PA., until his death. This land is now (1897) occupied by his children - Fitz Henry, Samuel, and Lucy. He and his brother Charles were famous hunters. They were well-known pioneers of Wayne Co.
