+ 507 i. Asa10 Stanton was born 27 Jul 1793.228. Col. Asa9 Stanton (David8, John7, Capt John6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Thomas3, John2, Thomas1) was born in Preston, New London, CT 2 March 1760. Asa died 12 Nov 1817 Cochecton. As they were returning from a visit to Conn. Col. Asa Stanton was drowned while corssing the Delaware River at Cochecton.
He married Keziah (Desire) Kimball 13 March 1788. Keziah was born Norwich, Conn 15 Oct 1771. Keziah was the daughter of Levi Kimball and Abigail ??. Keziah died 9 Sep 1848 Waymart, Wayne Co., Conn.
He resided Norwich, Conn. He resided Waymart, Wayne Co., Penn. He resided Bethany, Penn 1812. He was a farmer and tavern-keeper. Moving to Penn. from Conn., Asa built a log cabin near the present village of Waymart, Wayne Co. There they lived for about twenty-seven years. In 1812 they moved to Bethany, Penn.

511 v. Levi Kimball Stanton was born 6 Apr 1803. He married Caroline Clark.
512 vi. Harriet Stanton was born 11 Sep 1805. Harriet died 25 Oct 1885. She married James Irwin.
513 vii. Louisa Stanton was born 27 Aug 1807. Louisa died 15 Jul 1872. She married Philander Beattys.
+ 514 viii. Clinton Stanton was born 15 Feb 1810.
515 ix. Julia Stanton was born 22 Jan 1813. Julia died 13 Mar 1814.
516 x. Julia Stanton was born 12 Jan 1815. She married George H. Wentz.
+ 517 xi. Charles Stanton was born 6 Feb 1789.
