Charles's occupation: selling goods in Lawrenceville, Tioga Co., PA, 1850's. With his brother George Washington Stanton.
He resides in Lawrenceville, PA 1852 until after 1854. He resides in Madison, Jefferson Co., Ind 1858. Charles's occupation: wholesale/retail boots and shoes in Madison, Inc., 1858 - 1891. He resides in Madison, Ind. 1891. (See Deacon Charles Alonzo Stanton for the continuation of this line.)
