Lavonne was born 2 Sep 1934 in Bellemont, Pottawatomie, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of George Meeks and Myrtle Good. Lavonne died before 1976 in Orlando, Orange Co., Florida. He married Phyllis Robinson 16 Jul 1976 in Orlando, Orange Co., Florida.
