     William Craik was born on 5 February 1845 at Scotland..¹ He married Sarah Craik.¹ William Craik died on 11 January 1892.¹
     He may have been a cousin of John Rea Jr. and/or a nephew of Helen Craik Rea the wife of John Rea Sr. No additional information was found on the Craik family in Scotland. In 1880 he and his family lived next to John Rea Jr., in Jordan, Monona Co., Iowa. After William's death J. R. Moore (second husband of Eliza Brader Rea) was appointed the guardian of Alex Craik.¹

     Betsey A. Walker was born on 21 May 1828..¹ She married Charles M. West, son of Michael Stanton West and Rebecca Mallory.¹ Betsey A. Walker died on 11 March 1902. And she is buried with her husband Charles in Clifford Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA.¹
     Her married name was West.

     Jerusha Miller was born on 19 July 1844..¹ She married Benjamin Franklin West, son of Michael Stanton West and Rebecca Mallory, on 25 June 1870 at South Cannan, Wayne Co., PA.¹ Jerusha Miller died on 15 November 1880 at of tuberculosis, Hamilton, Jefferson Co., PA.¹
     As of 25 June 1870,her married name was West.

     George F. West was born on 29 May 1871..¹ He was the son of Benjamin Franklin West and Jerusha Miller.¹ George F. West died in 1917 at ptomaine poisoning, Sifton, Clark Co., WA.¹
     He was a farmer and he never married.

     Ward West was born on 27 August 1872 at Lake Ariel, Wayne Co., PA..¹ He was the son of Benjamin Franklin West and Jerusha Miller.¹ Ward West married Gertrude Alice Spafford on 28 October 1900 at LaGrande, OR.¹ Ward West died on 27 June 1963 at Seattle, WA.¹ He was buried at Medimont, Kootenai Co., ID, in Medimont Cemetery.¹
     After his mother's death he was farmed out. He homesteaded in Medimont, Idaho.¹

     Gertrude Alice Spafford was born on 3 September 1882 at Laramie, WY..¹ She married Ward West, son of Benjamin Franklin West and Jerusha Miller, on 28 October 1900 at LaGrande, OR.¹ Gertrude Alice Spafford died on 15 February 1936 at Medimont, ID.¹

     Joseph Williams was born on 19 March 1802 at Stonington, CT.. He was the son of Elias Williams and Thankful Stanton. Joseph Williams married Julia Ann Gallup, daughter of Christopher Gallup and Martha E. Stanton, on 9 December 1824 at Ledyard, CT. Joseph Williams died on 19 February 1889 at Stonington, CT.
     He was a Congregationalist and a Whig. He lived on the ancestral Stanton farm of Thomas (1), which was never occupied by any other than Stantons until Mr. Williams lived upon it. The land in 1891 was occupied and posses by Elias and Joseph S. Williams, sons of Joseph Stanton Willias. They had the original deed of the tract of some 200 acreas. It read as follows: "Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Beebe and Nathaniel Beebe of Pequot so sell and make over all our land at Mystic to Thomas Stanton, for him and his heirs forever, that is to say the farm adjoining to Captain Denison on the south and with John Gallups on the north butting towards the river on the west Mystic River, and on the east end Captain Denisons; this tract of upland is in estimation two hundred acres more or less, with eight acres of meadow more or less adjoining to the aforesaid land all which forementioned land, with all the appurtenances belonging thereunto, we do firmly sell and deliver to Thomas Stanton and his heirs forver to enjoy and possess quietly without disturbance from us or our heirs or assignes, and do bind ourselves to free the said Thomas Stanton from any molestation or claims or demands whaysoever in or about the aforesaid land to the true performance hereof we bind oruselves, heirs, executors administrators or assigns firmly by these presents this second of January 1656. It is said to be at the intersection of three counties - Washington and Rensselaer in New York, and Bennington in Vermont. It is also said to stand at the intersection of four town lines - two in each of the above States.

Escott on 3 September 1887.
     He was a deacon of the Baptist church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
