     Thomas was born at Morristown, NY, on 4 March 1845. He was the son of Alonzo Cady Wilcox and Matilda Stanton. He married Phoebe Jane Travis on 2 July 1879.
     Thomas Henry Wilcox lived in 1891 at Lyons, WI. Thomas H. served three years in the 9th Wisconsin Battery, enlisting Feb. 20, 1862.

     Margaret was born at Morristown, St. Lawrence Co., Ny, on 13 October 1839. She was the daughter of Alonzo Cady Wilcox and Matilda Stanton. She married George Franklin Bresee on 10 February 1876.
      As of 10 February 1876,her married name was Bresee.

     George Franklin Bresee was the son of G. F. Breese. He married Margaret Amanda Wilcox on 10 February 1876.

     Phoebe Jane Travis was the daughter of Nathaniel Travis. She married Thomas Henry Wilcox on 2 July 1879.

     Robert Gibson Macmillen was the son of Andrew Macmillen and Annie Gibson. He married Esther Ann Wilcox on 11 January 1860. Robert Gibson Macmillen died on 7 April 1863 at Nashville, Tenn..

In the Name of God Amen I Richard Stanton of the parish of Saint Michael and Island aforesaid Planter being sick and weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this to be my Last Will; and Testament and as to what little estate it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and devise the same in manner and form following (Vizt:)

Imprimis I desire all my just debts and funeral expences to be fully paid and satisfyed by my Executrix and Executors herein after described and named.

Item I give devise and bequeath unto my loving son Richard Stanton and his heirs and assigns forever from and immediately after my decease one negro boy named Adam.

Item I give devise and bequeath unto my dear and loving wife Elizabeth Stanton from and immediately after my decease all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal of what nature kind or quality soever either in this Island or elsewhere unto her and her heirs and assigns for ever. But in case my said wife should die without making her will then and in such case from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath all such estate so given and bequeathed unto her as aforesaid to my several and respective children the said Richard Stanton, Martha Stanton, Mary Stanton, Thomas Stanton, and Daniel Stanton, or to such of them that shall be then living at the time of my said wife's decease to be equally divided between such survivors or survivor share and share alike and to them and each of their heirs and assigns for ever.

And Lastly I do nominate constitute and appoint my said son Richard Stanton and my Brother in Law Doctr: John Parris any my said loving wife Executors and Executrix of this my said will hereby revoking all former or other wills heretofore by me made . In witness whereof I the said Richard Stanton have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of May in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty three.

      As of 1 January 1703,her married name was Denison.

     Robert was born at Stonington, New London, CT, on 7 December 1689. He was the son of Robert Stanton and Joanna Gardiner. He married Katherine Simpkins at Salem, MA, on 5 May 1719. Married by Rec. Cotton Mather, D.D.. Robert died on 3 May 1727 at Salem, Mass. His body was interred on 5 May 1727 at Boston, Suffolk Co., MA.
     Robert graduated in 1712. Institution: at Harvard College. Robert's occupation: master of Roxbury Grammar School at Roxbury, Mass. Robert's occupation: Chaplain - Castle at Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. He was ordained a priest at Salem, Mass, on 9 April 1719. Pastor in Salem, Mass.

     Thomas was born at Stonington, New London, CT, on 9 January 1693. He was the son of Robert Stanton and Joanna Gardiner. He married Thankful Denison at Stonington, New London, CT, on 30 December 1713. She was of Westerly, RI. Thomas died before 21 September 1751 at Stonington, New London, CT.¹
     He and Thankful Denison lived at Stonington, CT.

     Lucy Stanton was born on 16 September 1681 at Stonington, New London, CT.. She was the daughter of Robert Stanton and Joanna Gardiner. Lucy died in September 1687.

     Gardiner Stanton was born on 27 May 1701 at Stonington, New London, CT.. He was the son of Robert Stanton and Joanna Gardiner. Gardiner died in February 1704.

     He married Lucy Stanton on 7 May 1715.

     Thankful was born at Barnstable, MA, on 1 April 1695.¹ She was the daughter of George Denison and Mercy Gorham. She married Thomas Stanton at Stonington, New London, CT, on 30 December 1713. She was of Westerly, RI. Thankful died at Stonington, New London, CT.¹
      As of 30 December 1713,her married name was Stanton. She and Thomas Stanton lived at Stonington, CT.

     Deacon Daniel Denison was born in 1680.. He was the son of Capt. John Denison and Phebe Lay. He married Mary Stanton on 1 January 1703. He married an unknown person after 1724. No issue from this second marriage.. He married an unknown person after 1724. No issue from this third marriage.. Daniel died on 13 October 1747.
     He resided at Stonington, New London, CT.

     Capt. John Denison was the son of Capt. George Denison and Lady Ann Borodell. Capt. John Denison married Phebe Lay.

     Robert Denison was born on 17 September 1673..¹ He was the son of Capt. John Denison and Phebe Lay. He married Joanna Stanton in 1696. He married Dorothy Stanton in 1718. In the family group sheet for Dorothy Stanton's father, William Stanton indicates she married second John Frink. In Joanna Stanton's family group, William Stanton indicates her widowed husband married Dorothy Stanton the widow of Thomas Frink, Jr.. Robert Denison died in 1737.¹
      Robert Denison was also known as Robert Denison Of Montville. He and Joanna Stanton lived at Mohegan, CT. (now, 1891, Montville). He resided at Mohegan.

     Robert Denison was born in 1697. Cynthia Cromer says 25 Dec 1696..¹ He was the son of Robert Denison and Joanna Stanton. He married Deborah Griswold. Robert Denison died in 1766.¹
